Lakshya Placement Cell under the efficient Guidance and Leadership of the Principal Dr J.C.Purswani is led by Asst Prof Padma Deshpandeas the Incharge Chairperson, and other committee members which includes faculties and students from various departments.

The Placement Cell Primarily helps students in exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment, since the past few years we have been successful in placing our students in reputed Organisations like Reliance ADA Group, Axis Bank, Gromor Finance, InfoSource, Karvy Finance, HDFC Bank, IndusInd, Ing Vyasa. The Cell Primarily organises Career Guidance Programs, Conducts Aptitude Tests, Arranges Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skill Workshops etc. It also Organizes Competitive exams training for students interested in joining the Government Sector. Students are continuously counselled with regard to his/her career aspirations and options. The students participate in Career Guidance programmes wherein they are provided with various information about the career options, requirements of the industry, skills required in the students, how to opt for their Career Path .The placement committee assists the companies in identifying the ‘Right’ candidate for their organization.
