S.S.T College of Arts and Commerce’s  junior college is a post-secondary education designed to prepare the students for either skilled trades and technical occupations and roles in professions such as engineering, accountancy, business administration. It aims to to mould the younger generation into civilized, cultured and conscientious citizen, capable of shouldering responsibilities in different spheres of national and international life. It also aim to build the self confidence and self  esteem to face the challenges ahead.Junior college in Maharashtra is controlled by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education. Duration of the course shall be spread over 2 years. Our college provides Three Stream Arts, Commerce and Science.

Eligibility

  • Students passing the S.S.C (X) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education are eligible for admission to the first year Jr. College (F.Y.J.C).
  • Students passing other equivalent examinations from Maharashtra H.S.C Board, Mumbai.

Documents required for Admission

XI-ARTS, SCIENCE AND COMMERCE

  • Original school leaving certificate along with 2 self-attested photo copies of the same.

  • Original Mark sheet of the SSC with 2 self-attested photo copies of the same.

  • Two passport size latest colour photographs.

  • One recent passport size photograph of parent/guardian.

  • Address proof (photocopy of ration card/ electricity bill/telephone bill/passport/ driving license/Aadhaar card) anyone.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable).

  • Physically challenged candidates should produce the relevant certificate from competent authority.

XII-ARTS, SCIENCE & COMMERCE

  • Two self-attested photo copies of SSC & XI standard mark sheet.

  • Two passport size latest color photographs.

  • Leaving certificate to be submitted by newly admitted students coming from other junior colleges.

  • One recent passport size color photograph of parent/guardian.

  • Address proof (photocopy of ration card/ electricity bill/telephone bill/ passport/driving license/Aadhaar card) anyone.

  • Caste certificate (if applicable) (for Outsider).

  • Physically challenged candidates should produce the relevant certificate from competent authority. (for Outsider)
